Chuckle of the Issue: Help

A woman was at work when the babysitter called and said that the woman’s daughter was sick and had a fever.

The woman left work, and stopped by the drug store to get medicine. When she returned to her car, she found that she had locked her keys in the car!

She didn’t know what to do. She called home and told the babysitter about the keys, and that she’d be home as soon as she could. The babysitter suggested that she find a coat hanger and use it to get the car door open.

The woman went into the store and got a coat hanger. She asked the store clerk for help, but he just said he didn’t know how to help and walked away.

She took the hanger to the car, but realized she didn’t know how to use the hanger either!

She bowed her head and asked God, “Please, send me someone to help.”

A moment later, a dirty, scowling man in an old car pulled up. The woman thought, “This is what you sent to help me, Lord?” But, she needed help. As he exited his car, she asked for his help.

“Please,” she said, “My daughter is sick. I stopped to get her medicine and I locked my keys in my car. Can you use this hanger to unlock the car?”

The man’s face softened. “Sure, I’ll help you.”

He walked to her car, and in seconds had the door open. She hugged him and through her tears she said, “Thank you! You are such a good man!”

The man laughed, “Lady, I;m not good. I  just got out of prison yesterday. I was in prison for stealing cars.”

The woman hugged the man again and cried out, “Thank you God! You sent me a Professional!”
