Applications are now being accepted for jazz musicians for the 2017 Five Points Jazz Festival. The festival is being held Saturday, May 20, 2017, in Denver, Colorado.

The committee will accept applications through January 31, 2017, and begin making festival lineup decisions in February.

Typically 30-35 groups are selected to play the Five Points Jazz Festival. All spots are open at this point.

Since Denver is home to many great jazz musicians, the festival committee’s focus is on local jazz music groups and musicians. National acts have taken the stage in past years, but not many.

Performances are one-hour long. The day of the event, selected performers will need to be on-site an hour before their scheduled time.

Questions regarding the festival or performances? Contact Brooke Dilling via email.

The festival is free to attend.

**UPDATE Jan. 20, 2017:  The Call for VENDORS is open. Details, fee breakdown, and vendor application information at artsandvenuesdenver.com/events-programs/five-points-jazz-festival/vendor-registration2.
