“A Call For Support – Helping Those in Need!”

Released by Patrice Bayyan and Nathan Ray, Knightdale Chamber of Commerce

In the aftermath of Hurricane Matthew, many towns and communities all over Eastern North Carolina are still recovering from the devastation left behind.

The good news… the Knightdale Chamber of Commerce is partnering with Residential Properties Management (RPM) in an Operation Recovery Project!   The Operation Recovery project, coordinated by one of our very own Knightdale Chamber members, will serve as a means to gather and distribute aid to targeted areas in eastern North Carolina — Lumberton, Goldsboro, and Fair Bluff.

Will you join in the call to action to help those impacted by donating items to residents and families of these hard hit areas?

How You Can Make a Difference!

  • Knightdale Chamber of Commerce will serve as a Collection/Drop-off site for donated items, October 26-28, 2016.Essential Items Needed: Cases of drinking water, blankets, clothing/shoes (all sizes), toiletries, personal hygiene items, cleaning supplies, school supplies
  • Delivery of items to identified areas will take place over the weekend.Contact Mrs. Ebron at 919.614.0948 if you are interested in volunteering to assist with packing and unloading.
  • Coordinated efforts with local Chamber of Commerce in target areas will be facilitated where possible.
