Meet the Artists: Illustrator (Thursday, May 11, 2017 @ 11am-noon)

From Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to the The New Yorker, graphic novels to advertising, drop in and meet Joel Haas – children’s book author as he discusses his career and displays his work. No registration required.

Pet Psychology (Tuesday, May 23, 2017 @ 7-8pm)

Have more fun with your pet and less stress with this fun and informative look at animal psychology. Trainers from All Dogs Allowed will teach us about animal communication and the sometimes baffling behavior of Fido & Fluffy (80% focus on dogs, 20% on cats). Leave with tools to grow a better relationship with your pet. Registration requested.

ABC Craft and Learn: A Kindergarten Readiness Program (Saturday, May 6, 13 and 27, 2017 @ 11:30am)

Children ages 3-5 and their caregivers are invited to participate in an interactive alphabet-based program to nurture pre-reading skills and to develop fine motor skills required to start school through writing, play, and an alphabet craft.

Ready, Set, School Community Playdate (Saturday, May 20, 2017 @ 11:30am-1:30pm)

Join Marbles Kids Museum at the library for family play to support kids ages 3-5 in getting ready for school.
