Naropa University Call for Artists Open Until July 1

The Naropa University Art Gallery Program in Boulder, Colorado issued a Call for Artists for its 2017-2018 Exhibitions on May 11, 2016. Artists 18 year and older are encouraged to apply.

They are reviewing portfolios for solo and group exhibitions for 2017-2018 in Naropa’s three galleries. Artists may be invited to give talks or conduct workshops alongside their exhibit, at the galleries’ discretion.

There are no application fees for artists to submit their work for consideration.  According to their online Call for Artists, they are:

  • Seeking innovative, contemporary 2D and 3D art in all genres.
  • All media including installation, performance and multi-media accepted.
  • Artwork must be professional in context and presentation.

Entries must be submitted online. Solo artists are requested to send 10 digital (300dpi each/no larger per email 500mp in jpeg or pdf) images for solo, a one-page proposal, artists statement and CV (curriculum vitae — resume). To submit a group exhibition, send 20 images (size requirements the same as for solo), along with a one-page proposal, artist statements and CVs.

Email digital images and other documents to Charmain Schuh, Gallery Manager at cschuh@naropa.edu. Submissions must be received by the deadline, July 1, 2016.
