The Diversity Team of the Franklin County Arts Council (FCAC) is holding A Celebration for Cinco de Mayo on Sunday, May 5, 2019, 2:30-4:30pm.
The event will include flower sculpture, music, refreshments, and singing and dancing with Alicia Eller.
Prizes will be awarded for the most creative bunch of flowers.
