The Rocky Mount Railroad Museum organization recently received a plaque for the upcoming Rocky Mount Railroad Museum during the June meeting held at the Braswell Memorial Library.

Guest, Mrs. Pat Campbell DeVore, donated a plaque honoring her father, Forrest Poole Campbell, who was employed for over 40 years with the Atlantic Coast Line, Seaboard Coast Line, and Seaboard Systems Railroads. The plaque was received by President, Joyce Edwards Dantzler and Vice President, John Marshall.

The plaque will reside in its new home within the train station, formerly the Twin County Museum and Hall of Fame, as an historical artifact and attraction.
