Rabies Clinics Planned in Franklin County NC

Tar River Veterinary Hospital is holding Walk-up Rabies Clinics in several Franklin County, North Carolina, locations. Rabies and other vaccines will be available. No Appointment needed, just grab your pet(s) and show up.

The first clinic is at Tar River Veterinary Hospital on Saturday, October 8, 2016,  1:30-2:30pm. Tar River is located at 101 E Green Street, FranklintonNC.

The next scheduled walk-up clinic is at the Franklin County Animal Shelter, 351 T. Kemp Road, Louisburg NC, on Saturday, October 29, 2016, 7-8am.

The third date is also at the Franklin County Animal Shelter, on Saturday, November 12, 2016, 8-9am.

During all clinics, the rabies vaccines will be $5 per pet. They will have one-year and three-year vaccines available. Note that for pets to receive a three-year vaccine ($15), proof of current rabies certificate is required, so bring your tags and certificate from their prior rabies vaccination.

Additional vaccines available for dogs include Canine Distemper-Parvo and Canine Kennel Cough. For cats, Feline Distemper and Feline Leukemia vaccinations will be available.
