The Life Changing Transplant Foundation’s annual 5k Run/Walk for Life, scheduled for Knightdale Station Park on Saturday, September 15, 2018, has been postponed due to Hurricane Florence’s impending arrival.
A new date will be announced in the near future.
Life Changing Transplant Foundation’s goal is to educate the community on the importance of organ donation, while financially supporting NC pre- and post-transplant patients and their family members.
Join the walk or run to raise funds for patients and family members by forming a team. During the event, there will be an opportunity to hear testimonies from transplant patients. This is a family-friendly event with food and fun for all ages.
On the day of the event, the schedule will be:
- Registration and Check In: 8am
- Opening Ceremony: 8:40am
- Run/Walk Starts at 9am
