The parking lot of the Wake Forest Renaissance Centre, 405 S Brooks Street, Wake Forest, North Carolina, will be transformed into a free COVID-19 testing site Tuesday-Wednesday, June 30-July 1, 2020, 11am-4pm each day.

The walk-up testing site is designed to increase access to COVID-19 testing in northern Wake County for anyone who has symptoms, believes they were exposed or essential workers who are at-risk.

Pre-registration is not required. All individuals at the site must wear a mask, including patients and on-site personnel.

Patients will be tested with a nasal swab in a designated walk-up, outdoor, clinic area. The entire procedure takes approximately 10-15 minutes, and patients will be informed of the results via telephone call within 48 hours of testing.

The Town of Wake Forest is partnering with these agencies to provide this testing site:

  • Advance Community Health
  • Wake County
  • Wake Forest Renaissance Centre
  • Wake Forest Fire Department
