Today, July 13, 2020, the Franklin County Arts Council announced that the FCAC second-annual Quilt Show has been rescheduled to Saturday, October 17, 2020.

Originally planned for August, the date has been changed with “an abundance of caution” due to the current continuing spread of COVID-19.

The quilt Entries submission period has been extended until October 1, 2020, and NC quilters are encouraged to submit to FCAC. Visit www.fcacarts.org/events.aspx for the Quilt Show flyer and links to the Submission Guidelines and Entry Form.

The Quilt Show is not just for quilters, it’s also for people who enjoy the fiber arts and seeing where the quilts of our grandmothers have evolved.

Quilts submitted by North Carolina quilters will be on display, with several on sale.
