Adopt an SPCA Wake shelter dog during November 2019 and you will be entered to win an exclusive access pass to the Christmas Lights on Holt Rd. For many area families, the lights are an annual holiday tradition. The illuminated extravaganza is free to the public to drive through, but 20 lucky shelter dogs and their new owners will win an exclusive access pass including a private outdoor tour.

The shelter cats are getting a spotlight too! Beginning Friday, November 15, 2019, the first 40 cat adopters will receive a $50 shopping spree in SPCA Wake’s retail store filled with must-have put supplies. Each newly adopted cat will plenty of presents to open this holiday season.

Says Darci VanderSlik, Spokesperson for SPCA Wake:

“If you have been considering getting a pet, now is the perfect time! It is our hope that the love and happiness that pets bring us, will continue on for long past this holiday season. The Christmas Lights on Holt Road will close the grounds to the general public so that winners can bring their family and their newly adopted dog for a private outdoor tour and a photo opp under our 35ft Christmas Tree.”
