Audition for “The Sting” in Wilson NC Oct. 3-4

Playhouse of Wilson is holding Auditions for their upcoming performance, “The Sting”, with auditions scheduled for October 3-4, 2016, 6:30-8pm. To audition, report to The Grand Studio in the Arts Council of Wilson, 124 Nash Street NW , Wilson NC.

The Playhouse of Wilson is a community theatre group, with participating actors from all walks of life.  Each season, the Playhouse produces three shows. Their upcoming performances of “The Sting” are planned for November 17-20, 2016, at the Edna Boykin Cultural Center

The Playhouse of Wilson is seeking volunteers with “a passion for the arts and wish to volunteer” including roles played on stage and behind-the-scenes:

  • Actors
  • Costumers
  • Makeup artists
  • Hair stylist
  • Front of house — concessions, ticket taker, greeter
  • Ticket Sales
  • Marketing and promotions
  • Set design and construction
  • Backstage crew
