The Nashville Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Nashville, North Carolina, are partnering to host a free seminar, “Historic Preservation and Tax Credits.” The seminar is scheduled for Tuesday, July 16, 2019, 5:30pm, at the Harold D. Cooley Library, 114 W Church Street, Nashville, NC.

Topics include:

  • Historic Preservation Rehabilitation Tax Credits for Owner-Occupied Residential Properties
  • Historic Preservation Tax Incentives for Income-Producing Properties
