The Arts Center at Imperial Centre for the Arts and Sciences has scheduled free programs and inexpensive weekly Yoga classes for the early part of the year.
Yoga in the Galleries, is held on Thursdays at 5:30-6:30pm, from January through May 2018. Fee is $5 per person per Thursday.

First Friday happens once each month and is fun (and free) for the whole family. Join in for an evening (6-9pm) to celebrate the arts and sciences at the Imperial Centre. Dance to live music, perform your talent during No Shame Open Mic, create art, and enjoy activities in the Children’s Museum, or planetarium shows. Snacks and wares are available for purchase from local shops and food trucks.

Open House: Art Education Studios is planned for February 20, 2018, 4-6pm. This free art event is open to all ages.
Make Art Drop-in Workshops are free for ages 6 and up, and are held every-other Saturday, 11am–1pm, Workshops run February 24 through May 19, 2018. There is a limit of 25 participants.

Lunch and Learn educational events are held on Fridays, noon-1pm.
Bring a lunch and interact with artists! From playwrights, photographers, and all artists in between, learn about process, discuss projects, and ask questions during an hour-long interactive gallery talk and demonstration. Held in the Art Gallery at Imperial Centre, these lunches are open to all ages. Events are free; lunch is available for a fee.
