Tickets are on sale for the Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre “Kill the Music” on Saturday, April 25, 2020, at the Wake Forest Renaissance Centre for the Arts. Doors open at 6pm, and dinner will be served starting at 6:30pm.
If you enjoy the theater intertwined with a good murder mystery, then you’ll love “Kill the Music” performed by the Triangle-based theater troupe “It’s A Mystery.” It’s A Mystery’s interactive comedy mysteries offer fresh, creative and fun entertainment. The group’s original scripts, played out by talented actors, will challenge your brain and tickle your funny bone!
It’s A Mystery’s professional troupe of accomplished actors will bring to life exciting characters with colorful backgrounds and questionable motives. The sophisticated plot that ensues will provide the audience with clues to help you pin down the perpetrator or perpetrators of a dastardly deed.
Reunion tours are all the rage these days, and the 1980s group, “Rhapsody and the Romantics,” couldn’t resist mingling with their fans once more. Even though their string of hits ended after one, they are confident that they are on their way back up to the top. Tonight, they plan on introducing a brand-new song. Will this new tune light up the night or turn out to be a swan song for a member of the group?
Guests are encouraged to tease your hair up high and dress in your best ’80s outfit! It will be up to you and your table of fellow sleuths to discover who the perpetrator might be.
Designed for patrons ages 18 and older, this crime-solving theatrical production will include a “Killer Buffet Dinner.” Anyone with special dietary needs is encouraged to call the Renaissance Centre Box Office at 919.435.9458. A variety of beer and wine will also be available for purchase.
The Wake Forest Renaissance Centre for the Arts is located at 405 S Brooks Street, Wake Forest, North Carolina.
