These events are being held at the East Regional Library, 946 Steeple Square Court, Knightdale, NC, part of the Wake County Libraries system.

Low Income Energy Assistance (Thursdays)
February 23, March 9, and March 23, 2017, 6-8pm, those who need help paying their energy bill, Wake County Human Services Crisis Assistance staff will be on-site to take applications for energy assistance. No registration required. Please bring the following items to the event:
- Photo ID
- Heating bill
- Social Security Number for all household members
- Income verification for anyone living in the home
- Bank statement from prior month

On Wednesdays, 4:30pm, the library’s Teen Leadership Corps hosts an opportunity for kids of all ages to come build something special with our Lego and Duplo supply as well as play games to improve reading and math skills.
ABC Craft and Learn: A Kindergarten Readiness Program
On Saturdays, March 4, 11, and 25, 2017, 11:30am, children ages 3-5 and their caregivers are invited to participate in an interactive alphabet based program to nurture pre-reading skills and to develop fine motor skills required to start school through writing, play, and an alphabet craft.
Ready, Set, School Community Playdate
On Saturday, March 18, 2017, 11:30am-1:30pm, join Marbles Kids Museum representatives at East Regional Library for family play to support kids ages 3-5 in getting ready for school.
On Mondays, 6pm, students in the 6th-10th grades read, create, journey, and take on challenges at our weekly events. March is the month of movie release parties — Logan and The Beauty and the Beast. We’ll also challenge teens to build circuits and have a box fort war (with duct tape too).
K-5th Super Special: Dance Bonanza
On Monday, March 13, 2017, 4:30pm, join the fun with an interactive dance program featuring a brief introduction to ballet and hip-hop.
