A man is walking away from the lake carrying two fish in a bucket. He is approached by a game warden who asks to see his fishing license.
The fisherman says to the game warden, “I didn’t catch these fish. They are my pets. Every day I come down to the water, whistle, and these fish jump out. I take them around to see the sights, then whistle and they jump back in the bucket and we go home at the end of the day.”
The game warden, not believing him, says again that it is illegal to fish without a license. The fisherman looks at the warden and says, “If you don’t believe me then watch!” He turns back to the lake and throws the fish into the water.
The warden says, “Now whistle to your fish and show me that they will come out of the water.”
The fisherman turns to the warden and says, “What fish?”
