The City of Arvada, Colorado, is organizing several summer events and seeking volunteers and vendors. Volunteers are needed for a variety of tasks at events in June and July. Special vendors are needed for a July brew and barbecue event.

To sign up as a vendor for any of these events, visit and choose the event for which you’d like to have a vendor space.

Needs are posted on Facebook and on the festivals website —

Arvada Trails Day

Arvada Trails Day is Saturday, June 4, 2016, starting at 8:30am. Attendees will find so much to do, and at three different venues, until the event wraps up at 2pm.

The Arvada Festivals Commission is seeking volunteers and vendors for Trails Day (June 4). Volunteers would need to be available starting at 7:30am — an hour before the event start. The link to current volunteer opportunities may be found on sign up genius.

Vendor spots are still available for the Trails Day on June 4, 2016. Food vendor spots are sold out.

Independence Day Celebration

Arrangements are underway for the Independence Day Festival. The celebration is planned for 4-8:30pm on July 4, 2016, at the Stenger/Lutz Sports Complex on 58th and Miller, in Arvada.

The July 4th volunteer information will be available soon on sign up genius. There will be multiple tasks for which volunteers are needed.

Booths 10′ x 10′ are available starting at $150, though sponsor and nonprofit rates are available. Vendor and food vendor spots are open at this point.

Arvada on Tap

Arvada on Tap (July 23) celebrates craft beer and barbeque in a big way!

At Arvada on Tap, which is in it’s second year, the BBQ competition on Saturday is full, but they are accepting kids for a kid’s BBQ competition to be held Friday night.  The sign up and more info can be found at

The volunteer page will be available in late May or early June on sign up genius.

The Arvada Festival Committee is seeking specific vendors for Arvada on Tap. Vendors will be selected who can provide offerings such as BBQ, beer, outdoor fun, and the like.  More specifics may be found on the Arvada on Tap website under the “Vendor” tab.
