On October 20, 2018, the Miracle League of Franklin County hosted its annual Fall Festival at Long Mill Elementary School, Youngsville, North Carolina. This annual event provided appropriate activities for families with members with special needs.
The festival was open to all special needs children and their families, welcomed whether they play in a Miracle League or not.

Sponsorship helped to make the annual festival possible, with support coming from PDQ of Wake Forest and Neuse Termite and Pest Control of Clayton.
Coming up on November 10, 2018, Miracle League of Franklin County will hold its end-of-season “Home Run Derby” with presentation of trophies to league participants.
