Silver Alert CANCELLED in Knightdale NC

**UPDATE: March 3, around 7:45pm, it was announced that Mr. Richardson was found, safe, in PA. This Silver Alert is cancelled.

On the afternoon of March 2, 2016, a Silver Alert was issued. The Knightdale Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Harvey Richardson, an 81 year-old Knightdale resident who was last seen in the early afternoon on Tuesday, March 1, 2016, in the area of Hodge Road near Hodge Road Elementary in Knightdale, NC.

Mr. Richardson was last seen walking and wearing a black cowboy hat, beige shirt, and dark blue work pants. He is 5’10” tall and weighs 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Mr. Richardson suffers from multiple ailments, including Alzheimer’s and is without his medication. He may be visiting Sweepstakes establishments in the Raleigh area.

As of Thursday, March 3, 2016 around noon, Mr. Richardson is still missing.  Please keep your eyes open and help to find this gentleman and bring him home safely.
