Wake County, North Carolina: Free “Winter Break Meal Bundles” Available to Children 18 & Younger

Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) Child Nutrition Services is offering nutritious holiday meal packs for children ages 18 and younger. Online pre-ordering is required by Friday, December 4, 2020 at bit.ly/WinterBreakMealBundle.

Winter Break Meal Bundles are limited to one per child and will include eight breakfasts and eight lunches. You do not have to be a WCPSS student to receive meals, only 18 years of age or younger to qualify. Meals will be provided at no cost.

Available by pre-order only, the free Winter Break Meal Bundles will be distributed Monday, December 21, 2020,  10:45am-12:45pm, at select distribution sites in Wake County, including Wake Forest High School, 420 W Stadium Drive, Wake Forest, NC.

When pre-ordering,  remember that you must have sufficient cooler/freezer space to store the complete bundle for each child.

Note: Masks and six-foot social distancing will be adhered to during the distribution of Winter Break Meal Bundles.
