Festifall Returns to Chapel Hill NC on Oct. 2

Chapel Hill’s Festifall Arts Festival is designed to provide a unique  opportunity for the community, art enthusiasts, and artists to interact.

Festifall takes place October 2, 2016, 12-6pm, on West Franklin Street in downtown Chapel Hill NC. The Festifall site extends from Church Street to Graham Street and is anchored by stages on either end.

In addition, to food available from the Festifall Food Truck Court located along the main event route, many local restaurants and taverns lining the sidewalks of W Franklin Street, Chapel Hill NC.

Over 12,000 attendees are estimated to attend and see the work of the artists featured in the market.

Artists are selected from a large pool of applicants from across the country, by a jury of “exhibiting artists and area arts professionals.” Mediums featured in the Artists Market vary, and include ceramics, fiber art, jewelry making, painting, photography, glass art, woodworking, and more.

Spend a day exploring the arts at and enjoy an extraordinary opportunity to interact with our local performing arts community. Performances are scheduled bya wide variety of artists including musicians, bands, a cappella singers, dance companies, and comedians.

Three performance venues are set up during Festifall, each hosting a mix of performers to please the vast array of attendees during this one-day event.
