Pet healthcare technology company Petrics will launch a crowd-funding campaign featuring their new smart pet bed with integrated climate control and pet activity tracker. This system is the first of it’s kind and the beginning of an evolving ecosystem that “optimizes the health, nutrition and comfort of your pet.”

Petrics will launch its Indiegogo campaign on November 30, 2017, enabling consumers to pre-order its smart pet bed, created to help pets live longer.

Also on November 30, 2017, Petrics is holding a public event at Ironclad Brewery, 115 N 2nd Street, in downtown Wilmington, North Carolina. This is a pet friendly event that will feature local pet food and lifestyle vendors, as well as nonprofit and charitable foundations. Stop by between 4pm and 8pm to celebrate their Indiegogo launch and receive a free “wag bag” of goodies when you bring your pet. Note that supplies are limited.

Said Kristopher Johnson, Director of Marketing:  “Our event in Wilmington is an opportunity for Petrics to give back to the local pet and business community that has supported our vision of developing an ecosystem that promotes healthier, longer living pets. We are inviting local pet businesses, hospitals and non-profits to highlight their products and services as well, so pet owners that attend can connect with valuable resources that are critical to improving pet health.”

Petrics will be officially unveiled at the 2018 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) and has already been selected as a CES 2018 Innovation Awards Honoree in both the Smart Home and Tech for a Better World product categories.

“Our number one goal is to help pets live longer,” said Ed Hall, CEO, Petrics. “Our system helps pet parents care for their furry best friends by creating a connected ecosystem that tracks, analyzes and recommends optimal health solutions unique to each pet and ultimately, helps save lives through early detection and intervention.”
