The Knightdale Chamber of Commerce will hold its 45th-annual Banquet & Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, April 10, 2018. The chamber is seeking nominations of local citizens for awards to be presented the evening of the banquet.
The Knightdale Chamber’s largest attended event of the year, the Annual Membership Banquet, will celebrate and highlight the collective success and contributions of members and community partners that have played a key role in helping to further the mission and vision throughout the year.
This year’s theme, “Fueling New Engines for Business Growth & Community Impact” will continue a long-standing tradition of honoring Chamber members and partners by presenting business and community awards. Chamber members and area residents are urged to submit their nominations for these awards. The categories are as follows:
Citizen of the Year — Recognizes the impact one local citizen has made in the Knightdale Community through his or her demonstrated leadership and service towards the greater good of all.
Small & Large Business Award — Recognizes and honors local businesses in the Knightdale community that have demonstrated best practices of leadership, innovation and corporate citizenship.
Ambassador Award — Recognizes an individual that demonstrates the passion and commitment to service through the Chamber Ambassador Program.
Community Impact Award — Recognizes the impact of a business or individual for their contributions to Knightdale’s position as a hub for innovation, connectivity and business success.

The Banquet & Awards Ceremony begins with social time and a Silent Auction starting at 5:30pm, then dinner starts at 6:45pm. Dinner will be followed by the presentation of awards. Ceremony location will be the Hilton North Raleigh/Midtown, 3415 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh, North Carolina. Details and registration are here.
