The Denver Master Gardeners are holding their 11th annual plant sale May 14-15, 2016, at the Colorado State University-Denver Extension office in Harvard Gulch Park, 888 E Iliff Avenue, in Denver CO.
This plant sale fundraiser runs 8am-3pm on May 14, and 10am-3pm on May 15. During the plant sale days, Master Gardeners will be available to answer gardening and planting questions. Plant sale proceeds support the Master Gardener Program, which is within the Colorado State University-Denver Extension
This year’s plant selections feature heirloom tomatoes, New Mexico chiles, sweet peppers, melons, herbs, annuals, and perennials! A list is included at the end of this article, as released by the Denver Master Gardeners.
All of the vegetable plants for sale have been grown in the City of Denver Greenhouse by the Denver Master Gardeners. Annuals and perennials for sale were acquired from a local wholesale greenhouse.
Be sure to stop by the plant sale the weekend of May 14-15 to purchase great garden plants, and support the local master gardener program.
