SCORE and Braswell Memorial Library will be hosting seminars geared toward small business owners, nonprofit managers, ENC Small Business Centers, and schools. Registration is open for “Tax Implications for Starting a Business” and details follow.

Braswell Memorial Public Library is located at 727 N Grace Street, in Rocky Mount NC. All 1st Tuesday programs are free and open to the public, and light snacks are available during breaks.

Braswell Library’s SCORE programs in-the-works include a tentative Writing a Business Plan workshop for February 7, 2017 and an IRS webinar for April 4, 2017.

Tax Implications for Starting a Business

As part of its “1st Tuesdays for Small Business and Non-profits” monthly programs, Braswell Memorial Library and The Rocky Mount Chapter of SCORE are presenting a NC Department of Revenue seminar on March 7, 2017, 5:45-7:45pm.

This program will be held in the Computer Lab on the second floor of Braswell. All 1st Tuesday programs are free and open to the public, with light snacks available during breaks.
