Zebulon Farm Fresh Market to Hold Health and Fitness Day

On Saturday, June 9, 2018, 9am-1pm, during the Zebulon Farm Fresh Market, stop by for special events aimed toward health and healthy activities. This date is a Family Health and Fitness Day, including:

  • Free health screenings
  • Fun Activity Zone for all ages, including inflatable, kickball, and games.
  • Fitness Class Exhibitions: Line Dance, Cardio Dance, and Zumba.

There will be farmers market vendors with fresh produce and handmade crafts and goods, and a food truck on-site for lunch.

The Zebulon Farm Fresh Market is held each Saturday at the Zebulon Municipal Complex, 1003 N Arendell Avenue, Zebulon, North Carolina. Entry and parking are free. Live music is presented most market Saturdays by local musicians and bands.

Themed days planned for the remainder of June:

  • June 16, 2018: Father’s Day Grill Masters Competition —  Grilling competition
  • June 23, 2018: Ye Olde Z-Towne Famer’s Market — Antique tractors, vintage automobiles, Old-time artisans, farm animals, and the Brown Bag Bagel food truck
  • June 30, 2018: Free Roasted Corn — Free roasted corn to the first 300 customers
