The Wake Forest Renaissance Centre and SING-WF are partnering to host a special Memory Café on Sunday, July 28, 2019, 2-4pm, entitled “Renewing Memories Through Movies.”
As part of the 2019 Understanding Dementia Series, the program will feature a screening of the 1952 MGM musical classic “Singing in the Rain” starring Gene Kelly, Donald O’Connor and Debbie Reynolds.
Attendees will also be treated to an ice cream float of their choice and other movie treats.
Admission is free and all ages welcome for this family event.
Doors open at 2pm, and the movie begins at 2:15pm. The movie run-time is one hour and 43 minutes. Guests are welcome to come and go as necessary.
