This Partnership for Children Wayne County’s fourth-annual event is “an educational, family friendly event featuring a wide selection of different vehicles for children to explore in a safe supervised environment.”  Quiet Time observed 9-11am for those with sensory sensitivities. Admission $5 per person; children 2 and under free. Proceeds go to PFCW. Pets are not allowed at the fairgrounds, only service animals.
