10 Plant Tours: Friday, August 13, 2021 @ noon-1pm
Nash County Arboretum offers a series of free, public, tours discussing different types of plant. These monthly tours are led by extension agents from the Nash County Center. Plants discussed on each date:

- Ten Plants That Do Well in Wet Sites: October 8
- Ten Plants That Look Good in Winter: November 12

Whitakers Friday Market Days: Friday, August 13, 2020 @ 3-6pm
This community market will be open every Friday through October, with vendors offering homegrown/produce, homemade, local items, and (sometimes) hot foods.
