Some situations are viewed in black and white; right and wrong. Yet, many people think situations also have a grey area where solutions are not so easily discerned.
You’re out in Raleigh, and as you come out of the store you see your neighbor’s 15-year-old child panhandling in the street. The young man does not see you.
Do you talk with the kid? Would you mention the panhandling to his parents?
Would you give any money to the young man? Do you think you have a duty to help, or do you prefer to just walk away and forget about it? Is there a choice in between? What do you think?
