Carolina Mudcats Baseball Team Unveils Muddy’s Buddies Club

The Muddy’s Buddies club is available to children ages 12 and under

The Carolina Mudcats, the Class A Advanced affiliate of the Atlanta Braves and member of the historic Carolina League, are excited to announce their all-new Muddy’s Buddies kids’ club program for the 2016 baseball season.

The new Muddy’s Buddies program is available to children ages 12 and under and consists of two levels of membership options, the Rookie and All-Star membership packages.

A Muddy’s Buddies rookie membership is free and includes a membership ID card, a box seat ticket to all Sunday Muddy’s Buddies games (10 total games, excludes July 3), a special birthday e-mail from Muddy and an exclusive e-newsletter for members.

The Muddy’s Buddies All-Star level membership is only $15 and features a membership ID card, a box seat ticket to all Sunday Muddy’s Buddies games (10 total games, excludes July 3), a Muddy’s Buddies t-shirt, a meet and greet with Mudcats players, a 10% off kids apparel coupon for the Tackle Box team store (one time use), one free speed pitch pass and one free prize wheel spin to be used on a Muddy’s Buddies Day, a special birthday e-mail from Muddy and an exclusive e-newsletter for members.

Carolina’s 2016 baseball season officially begins on April 7 as the Mudcats open on the road in Salem against the Red Sox. Carolina’s home opener is scheduled for Thursday, April 14 versus Myrtle Beach at Five County Stadium.

The Carolina Mudcats are the Class A Advanced affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. The 2015 “Braves New World” season was the first for the Mudcats as an affiliate of the Braves and the club’s fourth straight in the historic Carolina League.

First established in 1991, the Mudcats recently finished their 25th straight season of baseball at Five County Stadium, 1501 NC-39, in Zebulon NC.
