On August 9, 2016, the Knightdale Chamber of Commerce held a Red Ribbon Showcase — a kind of ribbon cutting for multiple businesses. The event was held at the Town Hall in Knightdale, North Carolina.
The Red Ribbon Showcase proved to be a very successful and memorable occasion. New Chamber members were given the opportunity to stand in the spotlight and share information about themselves and their products or services. It was a chance for these small business owners to connect one-on-one with potential customers. Existing Chamber members and area business owners came to show their support for the new members and share refreshments.
There was a tremendous outpouring of support from a few Town Hall officials too, including Mayor James Roberson, who spoke briefly during the Ceremony.
The new small-business Chamber members took center stage for their ribbon-cutting ceremony, following networking time and speakers.
