Knightdale Chamber to Hold 44th Annual Banquet & Awards Ceremony

The Knightdale Chamber of Commerce will hold its 44th Annual Banquet & Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, March 28, 2017. The event will kick-off with a Social Hour for networking at 5:30pm, followed by a dinner buffet and the Awards Program at 6:45pm.

One of the Knightdale Chamber’s most premier fundraising events of the year, the Annual Banquet will include a long-standing tradition of a Silent Auction featuring valuable items donated by area businesses.

In addition to the Silent Auction, the Banquet serves as a way to celebrate and highlight the collective success and contributions of members and community partners that have played a key role in furthering the mission and vision of the Knightdale Chamber. Notable awards to be presented include:

  • Citizen of the Year
  • Large and Small Businesses of the Year
  • Ambassador of the Year
  • Community Impact Award (new)

The Keynote Speaker for the 44th Annual Banquet will be Bryan Ryan, Senior Vice President, Effectiveness & Innovation, and Wake Technical Community College.

Ryan has held leadership roles within the North Carolina Community College System, federal agencies, and national foundations on educational initiatives. Additional leadership involvement includes Wake Partnership for Postsecondary Success, Wake Tech’s e-Learning Preparedness Initiative across the College (EPIC) and its Success through Early Engagement and Gateway Empirical Project.

The event will be held at Hilton North Raleigh/Midtown, located at 3415 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh NC.

Early bird discount tickets for the banquet are $40 per person before March 15, 2017, and may be purchased online at  Table sponsorships and group tickets are available; these include eight guest tickets.
