Events listed below include vendor opportunities; events may be added as they come to the attention of our editor.

To become a vendor at any of these events, see the included links to the organizers included with each event.  Note that events may fill their vendor spaces far in advance; check with organizers directly to find out if vendor spaces are still available or to check the status of any application that you submit.

Black Creek Heritage Day

Vendor applications with payment ($30 and up) are being accepted until October 5, 2017, as long as spaces are available.  Black Creek Heritage Day is October 14, 2017 (9am-4:30pm), with a kickoff on October 13 (6:30-9pm).

The event includes performers, live music, hayrides, face/hair painting, local first responders, and over 50 vendors. Attendance is free, which makes it easy for the event to draw a good crowd. Agri-Cultural Market 2.0

This event is organized by The Duck-Rabbit Craft Brewery and the Farmville Community Arts Council. Their call-for-vendors is open and they seek vendors for homegrown, homemade, or other offerings to be a part of this market. This Agri-Cultural Market 2.0 date is Wednesday, October 11, 2017, 5-7:30pm. The location of the market is The Duck-Rabbit Craft Brewery, 4519 W Pine Street, Farmville NC.

Market vendor information and updates may be found on their Facebook event. The Farmville Community Arts Council asks that those intersted in becoming vendors Comment on that event page. Vendor spaces are free.

Macclesfield Fall Festival

On October 28, 2017, 10am-10pm, this festival on the Town Commons in Macclesfield NC, will offer singing, dancing, inflatables, mechanical bull riding, a pumpkin carving contest, and much more. It will be free and open to the public.

Trick-or-Treat The Trails

Trick-or-Treat The Trails is being held at White Deer Park, 2400 Aversboro Road, Garner NC, on October 31, 2017, 3-6pm. The Town of Garner is seeking vendors to provide goodies to children who come to participate.

NC Whirligig Festival

The NC Whirligig Festival is held in Historic Downtown Wilson NC each year, celebrating the life of local folk artist Vollis Simpson and his whirligig creations. This year’s festival dates are November 4-5, 2017.

Note that this event is included alongside these September events because of its potential for vendor spaces to fill far in-advance.

Festival organizers are seeking “the best and creative makers, the exceptional food and drink purveyors, and any non-profit or commercial businesses that wants to help make the festival whirl!”
