Community Outreach: Shining the Light on Human Trafficking

Released by Alamance for Freedom, an anti-human trafficking coalition in Alamance County

Did you know that North Carolina consistently ranks in the top ten in the country for human trafficking activity? Human trafficking is a growing problem in our country, but is there sufficient awareness in our own communities to recognize the signs? How can we as neighbors respond to this crime? How can we support survivors?

Join Alamance for Freedom on February 25, 2016, at 7pm. This gathering is at The Lamb’s Chapel, 415 Roxboro Road, in Haw River NC.  Team members from Alamance For Freedom will discuss answers to the questions above. Come and find out more about human trafficking in NC and how to help.
