Braswell Memorial Library is holding an “Authors in August” event on August 13, 2016, 10am-5pm.

Local authors from the Twin Counties will present their books. Books will be available for purchase, and authors will be signing their books after the presentation.

Braswell Library is located at 727 N Grace Street, in Rocky Mount NC.

Authors will be in the Computer Lab 10am-1pm, then in the Warner Room 1pm-5pm.

Local authors expected include the following.

  • Shonte Monroe
    Author of Life is Challenging but Hang in There.
  • Karen Suffern
    Author of From the Inside Out.
  • Dr. Tiffany Tyson
    Author of Urban Princess books.
  • Otto Brinkley
    Author of Food for Thought “It Work’s for Me!
  • Bishop Van Sharpe
    Author of The Blessings of Rejection.
  • Robin Reams
    Author of Shadow of the Mountain.
  • Lynette Britt
    Author of God Gave a Gift in the form of a dream, Don’t let it Die.
  • Annie Barlow
    Author of Thoughts from the Heart.
