The Business Alliance of NC (BANC) announces their series, “Next Steps to Better Living!” This is an educational and networking series produced by the BANC Health & Wellness Team!

Attend and you will be learning and networking every second and fourth Wednesday of the month, 11am-noon. Meetings begin Wednesday, August 10, 2016.

A BANC partner, Aspire Supportive & Counseling Services, who will host this series of events at 130 E Morgan Street, in downtown Raleigh NC.

Looking for simple ways to zap stress?  New ideas for taming that “scatter brain” feeling?  Being able to find peace in the middle of chaos?  How about improving your memory?  Learn about these and more at the opening “sampling a taste of your better life” event August 10. Upcoming dates include:
