Vendor Opportunities at Fall 2017 Eastern NC Events

The events listed are seeking vendors for events later in 2017. Contact information and registration form links have been provided if available.

Wendell Harvest Festival

Planned for October 6-7, 2017, this annual event is organized by the Wendell Chamber of Commerce. The festival features vendors along Third Street and around the J. Ashley Wall Town Square, Wendell NC.

The Chamber issued a call for vendors on July 18 and are accepting applications now. This festival draws 10,000+ people each year. This year, the two-day festival schedule includes a movie showing on Friday night, and The Embers performing on Saturday.

To register as a vendor, go to www.wendellchamber.com/pages/tent-vendor. Rates are $75 for a vendor space, discounted to $50 for nonprofit vendors. If available, booth electricity is available for an additional $25 charge. After registration, payment may be made via the calendar event.

The Chamber has posted a notice that they “no longer accepting LuLaRoe, Papparazi, Paparazzi, LipSense” vendor applications.

Spring Hope National Pumpkin Festival

Vendor applications are being accepted for the October 7, 2017, National Pumpkin Festival held in downtown Spring Hope NC. Vendor applications and $100 vendor payment are due by September 1, 2017.

Black Creek Heritage Day Festival

The Town of Black Creek NC is accepting vendor applications for our 19th annual Heritage Day Festival in downtown Black Creek NC (Wilson County). The event is scheduled for October 21, 2017 (weather-service confirmed date), 9am-4:30pm.

The town is seeking crafts, artisans, direct sales, food, and nonprofit vendors. If you have an interest in a vendors booth at the rate of $30-$50, send an email with product and contact information.

Vendors will need to provide their own table, seating, and tent for this outside event.

Raleigh Vintage Fan Fair

The first-annual retro event, Vintage Fan Fair, will be held November 10-11, 2017 (Veterans Day holiday) indoors at the Holshauser Building at the NC State Fairgrounds, 1025 Blue Ridge Drive, Raleigh NC. Celebrating Nostalgia™ will be the theme of this special event featuring a marketplace of vendors, retro games and activities, and pop-up entertainment.

Vendor Opportunities: All types of vintage interpretations — from retro to antique to mod; from vintage-vibe to authentic; as-found to up-cycled are welcome to submit a vendor application. They are looking for a variety of vendors offering services, products, organizations, hobby clubs, or even “retro tourist” attractions.

2017 Wake Forest Holiday Artisans’ Market

Artisans and craftspeople are invited to sell at the second annual Wake Forest Holiday Artisans’ Market. The Market will take place Saturday, December 2, 2017, inside the Wake Forest Renaissance Centre, 405 S Brooks Street, Wake Forest NC. The Holiday Artisans’ Market showcases a wide variety of handmade items, featuring many types of crafts in a wide range of prices.

All items sold at the Market must be handmade within 75 miles of the Renaissance Centre. Application deadline is Monday, July 31, 2017. For vendor information and online application, visit Wake Forest Arts.
