At Nina’s Wing Corner, the main challenge is deciding what flavor — or flavors — to add to your chicken wings.
Their wing flavor list includes more than 30 sauces and dry rubs, ranging from mild to intensely hot. Daring diners may choose to mix flavors. Most sauces and rubs are available on regular chicken wings or boneless wings.
The second challenge is to stay in your seat! While food is available for take-out, eating in gives customers a chance to read their walls! Scriptures and notes written by the owners — Nina and Bruce Lucas and their daughters — have been joined by hundreds added by customers. Verses, silliness, and inspirational sayings run the length of the restaurant and around the dining area. It’s some uplifting reading!
