Well, school is in session and lice may be making their way around area schools even now. Before you pack for holiday travel, or prepare to open your home to visiting relatives, you might want to check the kiddos to make sure some unwelcome lice are waiting to be shared with the whole family.

For information on lice, treatments available, and more, visit www.cdc.gov/parasites/lice.

A quick search of the Web may turn up natural lice treatment alternatives, or advice from other parents on treating lice successfully. It may even set your mind at ease by dispelling some of the myths about lice.
