First Carolina Hemp Festival Announces Expo Vendors

Events Kick off in Raleigh NC Tomorrow (August 30) and Continue through September 1, 2018

The Carolina Hemp Festival and Expo will run for three days — August 30-September 1, 2018 — and will draw industrial hemp experts and visitors to the Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley, 4500 Marriott Drive, Raleigh NC. for speakers, social events, and an expo.

The vendors setting up for the Expo — where Festival attendees may visit with companies who are a part of this new industry, and find out where potential exists to be part of the industry’s future — include:

Expo vendors will be available Thursday and Friday. Saturday events will be the farm tour in Bunn NC, departing from the Marriott (10am) and from 33 N Main Street, Wendell NC (10am) to travel to Bunn. The three-day schedule PDF may be viewed here.

Free entry is available — to the exhibit floor and speaker sessions — to military, first responders, and licensed industrial hemp farmers.

At this event, look for Women of Sativa too — a group of women growing industrial hemp in Zebulon, North Carolina under the state’s Pilot Project. They produce hemp and CBD products right here in the state, that are sold at the local farmers market and other marketplaces.
